About Dr. PATIL

Dr. Chirag Patil is a Professor of Neurosurgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he specializes in the treatment of complex brain tumors and other cranial disorders. With more than 20 years of experience in neurosurgery, including robotic and minimally invasive techniques, he is known for combining technical excellence with compassionate, highly personalized patient care.

Dr. Patil earned his medical degree from UCSF, one of the top medical schools in the country, and completed his neurosurgery residency and fellowship training at Stanford. His clinical expertise includes brain tumors, trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm, essential tremor, Parkinson’s disease, and hydrocephalus. He offers advanced treatment options tailored to each patient, including laser ablation, radiosurgery, endoscopic neurosurgery, focused ultrasound, and other minimally invasive approaches.

In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Patil is deeply involved in innovation and research. He has authored more than 100 publications, leads clinical trials for glioblastoma, and collaborates on pioneering research initiatives with Caltech.
